Brief Activity Details
We have a wide range of small interactive team building simulation activities
which can be added to enhance a training programme or tailored to
deliver specific objective messages.
These include:
Bridge Build
Learning Points
Assertiveness
Communication

Planning
Teamwork & Leadership
You are returning from patrol when you find that the bridge on the border
has been destroyed. The river is in flood, but the bridge supports are
still above the water. You must cross the river with 3 short planks, none
of which are long enough.
Cascade
Two barrels are suspended on pullies from a tower, one is heavier than
the other and so hangs lower. Water must be added to the higher barrel
to allow the barrels to hang equally. There are limited resources
available to fill the barrel and access restrictions will apply.
Plan Puzzle
Arrange the planks of wood, so that they match the plan provided,
sounds easy - but its not. The problem is one half of the team have
the plan and the other has the pieces.
