Event Format
After guests have parked their cars they proceed to the entrance, where they are welcomed to the Summer Extravaganza.
Guests can take part in any activities they choose. Throughout the Afternoon the DJ will be making announcements of show times, race start times and other information. - the PA system will be heard throughout the area.

Roadshow Option
Better than a curtain sided lorry mounted Road show, our system provides a mobile stage complete with full sound system, cart Machine, radio microphones, mixer and changing room. The unit is complete with compere/DJ, the Stage is an ideal centre piece to make announcements, presentations and live entertainment.

Disco
Our Disco with hip DJ will play a mixture of sounds, guaranteed to get everyone on the Dance Floor – includes lighting system.

Marquees
Marquees can be provided for outdoor events.

The Bar
The bar will contain Draft Beer, Bottled Beer, Wine, lager and Soft Drinks.

Food Of the Highest Standard

Safety
A St. John's Ambulance will be on site.

Toilets
Adequate toilet facilities will be on site, with Baby changing facilities. Toilets will be checked every hour.

Reception in the back of the road show.
The reception office will be continually manned, guests will be able to see start times of different activities and gather information. It will also be a Lost Children and property position.
