All of the activities in the following section highlight various aspects of team dynamics. All of the activities have been designed not only to deliver their corresponding messages but also to encourage fun and team spirit through their participation.

Operation Chaos
Operation Chaos is a work simulation, it is an exercise, which involves everyone, and everyone needs to input. Delegates are given an operating budget and are asked to achieve a measurable income by completing tasks for payment. Delegates will have to purchase items with their budget in order to complete some of the tasks. A financial summary is required both before the exercise and also after.
Football Matrix
A great team exercise where the teams are commissioned to build a rollercoaster capable of transporting a football along the track.
Treasure Trail
An outdoor based exercise where groups are split into 2 teams and taken to two separate starting points.
Speed Dating
A twist to the standard round robin format of activities and ideal to get large groups of people working with others throughout an event.
Raft Building
This activity can be run as a standalone activity of as part of a wider project of activities.
Make A Million
Make A Million is a fast and furious competitive teambuilding event in which teams race to be the first to produce £1,000,000 in counterfeit banknotes.
Hells Bells
Hells Bells is the ideal game for addressing project management skills, team communication issues and exploring team dynamics. A uniquely different, non-competitive team-building event, the participants have to construct a series of mechanical sculptures that must be correctly aligned to automatically enact the discovered mediaeval story, pulling together the culmination of all the inherent cryptic clues and riddles.
